How often and how long are the sessions?
The length of each personal training session is a minimum of 30 minutes, and can be scheduled 1-3 times a week.
Medication management session can be 30-60 minutes long depending on the complexity of the session, and are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on preference
Can I sign up for both Personal Training and Medication Management?
Yes you can! In fact, we highly recommend to sign up for both services to achieve the maximum health benefits. We value your time, so for your convenience both services will be conducted on the same visit. No need to schedule appointments on additional days.
Is your personal trainer and employees certified to work with seniors?
Yes, we are NCCA accredited certified personal trainers with a specialization in Senior Fitness. Our medication management program is managed and conducted by a licensed Pharmacist.
Do I have to sign a contract?
There is no contract, but we do ask for you to sign a waiver form and personal training agreement that explains pricing, frequency of sessions, and company policies. For Medication Management, a HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) Consent Form, and a Notice of Privacy Practices Form will be required to sign.
Where will we exercise?
We can exercise in the comfort of your own home, outdoors, or if you have a gym in your community we can also train there. All based on your comfort level and personal preference.
What if I don’t have any gym equipment?
No need to worry! We will bring all the equipment you will need to have a fun and effective workout.
Do you only train seniors?
No, we are qualified to work with young, and middle-aged professionals, active agers (seniors) and special needs populations.
Do I need a Doctor’s order for personal training?
No, but medical clearance from your Physician is strongly recommended, and we may need to contact your physician for clearance depending on your health history.
How do I pay for services?
We are a private pay service, and we accept cash, cash app, and all major credit cards (with a 3% fee).
Are you a medical or pharmacy service?
NO, Amrick Health does not replace medical care or pharmacy services. Rather; we work with both to send trained personnel to assist patients and caregivers in management, organization, and securing of medications to ensure the most favorable outcomes for the patient and peace of mind for their caregivers.
